Life in the Navy is crazy and unpredicatable. I can tell you this, but you probably still won't really get it. Here's a little taste. The orders to Japan fell through. The detailer who was 99% sure we were going said they denied a special request for so many dependants. So, now we may be going to Everett,WA. We will find out in about 2 weeks.
